We start with the business problem, not a feature list. A short discovery phase maps the workflow, the risks and the architecture, and ends with a scope and a price you can hold us to.
Build in sprints
Fixed-scope sprints with a demo at the end of each one. You see working software every couple of weeks and decide what comes next.
Launch and support
We deploy to your infrastructure early and often, so launch day is quiet. After go-live we stay on to monitor, fix and keep building.
